摘要 采用无压浸渗法,研究Mg、Si、浸渗时间对Al/SiCp陶瓷基复合材料制备及组织的影响。增加铝合金液的流动性,提高铝液同SiC之间的浸润性,防止有害Al4C3界面形成,是保证复合材料科学制备的重要因素。研究结果表明,2 h保温时间、10%Mg和15%Si铝合金液的实验参数制备的Al/SiC复合材料浸渗充分,组织致密化程度高,是无压浸渗制备复合材料较好的参数。 The present paper studied the effects of Mg、Si and infiltration time on the preparation and microstructure of Al/SiCp ceramic matrix composites prepared by pressureless infiltration.Increasing fluidity of aluminum alloy liquid,improving the infiltration ability between aluminum alloy and SiC and avoiding the formation of bad Al4C3 on interface were important factors in assuring the scientific preparation of composites.Result indicated that two hours holding of infiltration and aluminum alloy containing 10(wt)%Mg and 15(wt)%Si could infiltrate fully with higher density,which was better technology parameters in preparing Al/SiCp ceramic matrix composites.
