变质处理对高锌无铅黄铜组织与性能的影响

Effect of Modification on the Microstructure and Properties of Lead-free Brass with High Zinc Content

采用普通铸造法制备了一种高锌无铅黄铜,研究了变质处理对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,变质处理可以明显细化铸态高锌黄铜合金中的γ相颗粒,使其由较大的星花状变为细小粒状。变质处理后再进行热处理,可以使γ相进一步细化和弥散分布。由此获得的合金力学性能和切削性能与HPb59-1接近。

A lead-free brass with high equivalent content of zinc was prepared with ordinary casting method.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the brass was studied.The experiment results showed that with modifier additions the γ phase is changed from the large flower-like into a small dot in the casting and it is further refined and more dispersed after heat treatment.The mechanical properties and machining cutting of the tested alloy close to that of HPb59-1.
