摘要
通过对高铝锌基合金的强度、硬度、韧性、密度、耐磨性、可加工性、性价比等进行分析,提出了高铝锌基合金轴套在WK-4电铲行走部位上应用的可行性。通过现场装机试验表明,高铝锌基合金具有比铜合金优良的使用性能,以及较高的性价比。
The feasibility of high aluminum zinc alloy bush used for travel unit on electrical shovel are analyzed based on its strength,hardness,toughness,density,wear resistance and the ratio of property to price as well as field test.The results show that the service property of high aluminum zinc alloy is superior to copper alloy,and has higher ratio of property to price.
