摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显示非线性动力学分析软件,模拟了带钢在拉伸弯曲矫直过程中的真实运动方式,获得了带钢厚度方向上各点随时间变化的应力应变曲线。同时,给出了在其它条件一定的情况下,带钢两端张力差对带钢上下表面应变量的影响规律。
With the common finite analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the real movement mode of steel strip is simulated during tension and bending leveling,and stress curve and strain curve which change over time in each layer are obtained.At the same time,the influencing regularities of strain capacity on upper and lower surfaces due to the tension difference on the ends of steel strip are obtained under certain other conditions.
