摘要
采用化学镀技术在钢基体材料上制备了Ni-P/纳米金刚石复合镀层,研究了纳米金刚石浓度、搅拌速度等工艺参数对复合镀层的微观组织和摩擦系数的影响。结果表明,在镀液中纳米金刚石浓度相同的条件下,不同的搅拌速度对镀层的表面形貌和性能均有较大影响,镀层的摩擦系数当转速达到200 r/min时为最小,再提高搅拌速度摩擦系数反而会升高。在一定的搅拌速度下,镀层的摩擦系数随镀液中纳米金刚石浓度的提高先降低后上升,浓度为10 g/L时摩擦系数达到最小。
Ni-P/nano diamond electroless coating was prepared on steel material using electroless plating technology.The effect of diamond concentration and stirring speed on the microstructure and friction coefficient of composite coating were investigated.Research results show that under the same concentration,different stirring speeds have great influence on the appearance and performance of the composite coating,the friction coefficient of the composite coating reaches the minimum when the stirring speed was 200r/min,however,the friction coefficient increased when the speed was even higher.At certain stirring speed,the friction coefficient of the composite coating shows an earlier decreased and later raised state with increasing the diamond concentration,and it reaches the minimum when the diamond concentration was 10 g/L.
