摘要
从锰矿床中分离出一种氧化锰的细菌--共生生金菌、该菌嗜温、好氧,是一 化能有机营养型细菌其适宜于PH6-8的环境中生长,生长具有周期性,与锰作用也表现出阶段性,是氧化锰的主要生物因素。
Metallogenium symbioticum, a manganese-oxidizing bacterium, was isolated from manganese deposit. It isa budding-breeding, thermophilic and aerobic oxidizing bacterium, and also is a chemoheterotrophic bacterium. It isfit to grow in the pH6--8 environment. Its growth shows periodic, and the interaction with manganese also showsperiodic. It is the main biofactor for oxidizing manganese.
