摘要
目的分析喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,LSCC)中Polo样激酶1(polo like kinase1,PLK1)蛋白的表达情况及其与临床因素的相关性。方法用免疫组化SP法检测70例LSCC组织和21例癌旁组织中PLK1蛋白的表达情况,分析PLK1蛋白表达及与临床病理因素的关系。结果 PLK1蛋白在LSCC组织和癌旁组织中的阳性率分别为68.6%和28.6%,PLK1在LSCC中的表达与肿瘤分期和淋巴结转移及临床分期间的相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PLK1阳性组的5年生存率明显低于阴性组,PLK1阳性与患者的预后呈负相关,结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PLK1在LSCC的发生、发展和转移过程中起重要作用,可以作为LSCC的一个预后指标及生物治疗的有效靶点。
OBJECTIVE To study the expression of PLK1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC） and its correlation with clinical factors. METHODS Expression of PLK1 protein was determined by SP immunohistochemistry method in 70 specimen of LSCC and 21 specimen of adjacent LSCC tissue. RESULTS The positive rate of LSCC tissue and LSCC adjacent tissue were 68.6% and 28.6% respectively. PLK1 overexpression in LSCC was significantly associated with clinicopathologic variables and lymph node metastasis. Survival analysis revealed that PLK1 over-expression was significantly negatively associated with the overall survival（P0.05）. CONCLUSION PLK1 protein may contribute to the development,progression and metastasis of LSCC,and it would be a novel prognosis indictor and therapeutic target for LSCC.
