摘要
本文对影响三角塑料蜂窝集热器长期性能的主要因素作了分析,提出了根据气象统计资料、工作流体年平均温度T_f及吸收板参考温度T_p预示长期性能的方法。根据成本/集热量法,以家用三角塑料蜂窝太阳能开水—热水器为例,计算得到蜂窝结构优化尺寸为:高边比A=3-4,边长a=18-21毫米。
The main parameters affecting the long-term average performance of the triangle plastic honeycomb collector are analyzed. It is concluded that the long-term average performance can be predicted from the long-term average fluid temperature Tf- the absorber plate reference temperature Tp and meteorology statistical data. According to the consideration of minimizing the cost of total solar energy collected Z, the optimum dimensions of triangle plastic honeycomb for domestic solar water heater producing heat and boiling water are computed. The results are aspect ratio A = 3-4, side length a = 18-21mm.
