摘要 低碳经济的发展已成为国际共识,低碳技术创新是发展低碳经济的核心举措。根据技术创新理论和技术创新链接模型,从技术系统和管理系统的角度分析了低碳技术创新的结构,并构建了一个基于链环回路模型的低碳技术创新发展模型,以期探讨从低碳技术创新层面推进低碳经济发展的思路。本研究提出低碳技术创新价值链应建立于社会使用的基础上,该创新价值链始于社会生活的潜在需求,经由低碳技术的发明与创造、示范与推广、重新设计与生产,终于服务顾客,注重市场的反馈以及技术系统与管理系统的密切配合,以使低碳技术创新价值链持续运作并充分挖掘镶嵌于技术创新社会价值中的经济价值。研究结论是:应强化低碳技术创新技术系统以实现社会价值与市场价值整合、通过示范强化技术系统与管理系统的链接以及强化低碳技术创新管理系统以提高产业附加值。 Low-carbon economy has become the international consensus and low-carbon technology innovation is the core. According to innovation theories and technological innovation link model, the paper dccomposites the low carbon technical innovation structure to technology system and management system, and then constructs a low-carbon development model based on Chain-linked model to promote ideas of developing low-carbon economic. The paper considers that the value chain of low-carbon technology innovation must be built on the base of social use, which begins with potential demands, the invention and creation, demonstration and promotion, re- design and production, and ends with customer services. It also should pay attention to market feedback and make technical system and management system closely for continuing operation and tapping the economic value which is embedded in the social value of technological innovation. Conclusions are : low-carbon technology innovation should be strengthened to achieve the integration of social value and market value; strengthening the linkage of system and management system through the demonstration; strengthening management system to enhance Industrial added value.
