高温胁迫对蝴蝶兰试管苗形态及叶片抗氧化特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以蝴蝶兰品系EG-727为试材,研究了38℃/32℃(昼/夜)高温胁迫对蝴蝶兰试管苗形态及叶片抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明:长期高温胁迫导致蝴蝶兰试管苗受到伤害,42 d后叶片出现大面积黄化萎蔫,49 d后开始腐烂和死亡;可溶性蛋白含量先降低后升高;丙二醛(MDA)含量与相对电导率的变化趋势基本一致,35 d前变化差异较小,35 d后显著增加;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性在49 d以前表现出不同程度的增加,之后均转为下降趋势,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化趋势与之相反。研究结果显示:38℃/32℃(昼/夜)胁迫造成明显氧化伤害时间节点可能在第49天。因此,利用38℃/32℃(昼/夜)高温热处理蝴蝶兰试管苗脱毒时不宜超过49 d。
