Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings for Driving Wheel of Sintering Machine

针对在高温多粉尘条件下工作的传统烧结机台车卡轮结构易磨损、润滑维护困难和寿命短等问题,研究开发了一种专用于烧结机台车卡轮上的双列满装圆柱滚子轴承,详细介绍了该轴承的结构特点及热处理方法,并对其寿命进行计算,经现场试用表明,该轴承具有使用寿命长、密封性能好、耐冲击、承载能力大等特点。

A new kind of double row full complement cylindrical roller beating specially used in driving wheel of sintering pallet is developed, which is able to solve the problems existing in traditional driving wheel of sintering pallet in high temperature and heavy dust environment, such as easy to be wearied, difficult to be lubricated and maintained, and short life. The structural features and heat treatment method of the bearing are introduced in detail, and the life is calculated. The field trial indicates that the bearing features long life, excellent sealing performance, impact resistance and high load -carrying capacity.
