本文以徐工集团徐州装载机厂为案例，讨论了企业实施 ＣＩＭＳ工程应采取的策略。
On the basis of the case study of Xuzhou Loading Machinery Factory, this paper discusses the tactics that can be taken in implementing CIMS in enterprises XCMG.
