The Conditionality and Resolvent of the "Tiny But Complete" Style——Taking the Electricity-Motor Industry in Changle of Shengzhou City as a Sample

作为计划经济时代转型的产物,"小而全"现象是我国产业经济发展过程中的一个普遍现象。在以块状民营经济著称的浙江省,这种现象表现得尤为显著。选取了浙江省三大电机产业基地之一嵊州电机长乐镇电机产业作为样本,试通过对其"小而全"产业结构制约性分析,对加快区域产业转型升级,持续发展做了些思考。

As a production of the planned-economy era,the ＂tiny but complete＂ style is a prevalent phenomena during the development of economy,especially in Zhejiang Province.Collecting the electricity-motor industry in Changle of Zhejiang Province as a sample,analyzing the conditionality of ＂pursuing tiny but complete plan＂,pondering the problems of transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of territorial industry.
