摘要
针对核电技术转让项目的知识特征,该文指出传统项目管理理论的局限,提出知识管理理论和方法才能更好地发挥核电技术转让的效能,探讨知识管理在核电技术转让管理中的应用。
Based on author＇s understanding of the nature and character of technology transfer for nuclear power project, the paper indicates the shortcomings of conventional project management theory, submitting that a method of knowledge management can enhance the efficiency of nuclear power technology transfer at higher level, which is applicabe to management in nuclear power technology transfer.
