上皮型钙黏蛋白/β-连环蛋白复合体与子宫内膜异位症及腺肌症的关系 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(endometrios,EMS)及腺肌症(adenomyo-sis,AMS)是常见的妇科疾病。人群以育龄妇女为主,它虽为良性疾病,但却具有恶性行为。因此,阐明子宫内膜异位症及腺肌症具有类似于恶性肿瘤的生物学行为的产生原因,对于认识子宫内膜异位症及腺肌症有着重要意义。临床研究观察和体外实验显示内膜细胞具有侵袭性和转移性,细胞黏附分子在其中可能发挥重要作用。
