合肥地区部分健康体检人群慢性便秘调查及相关因素分析

The prevalence of part of healthy people's chronic constipation in Hefei and its associated pathogenetic factors

目的对合肥地区部分健康人群慢性便秘的患病情况及相关因素进行调查。方法采用多因素Logistic回归分析和对比研究的方法,于2009年11月至2010年1月对连续在安徽省立医院健康体检中心内科诊室进行健康体检的2880名18岁及以上健康人群进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的2880人中慢性便秘的总体检出率为4.24%,其中女性为7.88%,男性为2.29%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);多因素Logistic回归分析显示慢性便秘家族史、既往肠道感染史、长时间处于坐位、经常食用辛辣食物、睡眠差是慢性便秘患病的危险因素。及时排便的习惯可减少慢性便秘患病的危险。慢性便秘人群SDS、SAS评分明显高于对照人群。结论健康体检人群中慢性便秘的检出率为4.24%,女性高于男性,随着年龄增加慢性便秘的发生率呈逐渐上升趋势。养成良好的生活饮食习惯和排便习惯、调整好精神心理状态,对预防慢性便秘的发生有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of part of healthy people＇s chronic constipation in Hefei and to find out its associated pathogenetic factors.Methods During Nov.2009 to Jan.2010,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2880 subjects aged≥18 years in the Medical consulting room of Anhui Provincial Hospital Health Examination Center.The data were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results The detection rate of chronic constipation was 4.24 % in total of 2880 cases which was significantly higher in females than in male（7.88 % vs 2.29%,P=0.000）;Logistic regression shows that family history,,gastroenteritis history,a long time in the seat,regular consumption of spicy food and poor sleep were main risk factors for chronic constipation;Bowel habits in a timely manner can reduce the risk of chronic constipation;SDS,SAS scores for the people with chronic constipation were significantly higher than the comparison group.Conclusion The detection rate of chronic constipation was 4.24% in healthy people and the rate in women was higher than that of men;The detection rate of chronic constipation increased with growing of age.Developing good eating habits and bowel habits,good psychological adjustment were significant useful for the prevention of chronic constipation.
