Construction of Provincial New Rural Cooperative Medical Service Information Platform Based on SaaS Pattern

目的:探讨建立一体化的省级新型农村合作医疗业务管理平台及信息系统。方法:针对海南省新型农村合作医疗信息系统建设的实际情况,提出了基于SaaS模式的省级新型农村合作医疗信息新系统的建设方案。结果:建设完成的系统覆盖了全海南省,是全国唯一实现了以省为单位进行集中管理的新农合信息处理平台。结论:该系统在国内新型农村合作医疗系统的建设中有极大的推广价值。

Objective To discuss the integration in the establishment of a new provincial rural cooperative medical service management platform and information system.Methods In response to the real situation of new rural cooperative medical service information system in Hainan Province,a new project based on the SaaS pattern in the provincial new rural cooperative medical service information system was put forward.Results The completed system covered the whole region of Hainan province was the only province implementing a provincial centralized management of new rural cooperative medical service information processing platform.Conclusion The SaaS pattern based system has a great promotional value to build integrated new provincial rural cooperative medical service management platforms and information systems.
