Discharge Medication Process Optimization of Medical Insurance Patient Based on "No.1 Military" Project

目的:提出构建便捷、高效的医保患者出院带药流程的思路和方法。方法:通过完善"军字一号"系统中的"住院医生站"、"住院收费管理"和"药品发放"程序,解决现有流程的弊端。结果:流程完善后,解决了差错率高、医嘱不规范、患者等候时间长等问题。结论:通过新流程的运行,医院实现了出院带药的规范化管理,保证了药品和药品计价的准确性,患者出院带药流程更加顺畅。

Objective To put forward the proposal and method of building a convenient and efficient process of patients discharged with drugs who have participated in basic medical insurance programs.Methods Through improving the Hospital Doctor Station,Hospital Cost Management and Drug＇s Dispensation in ＂No.1 Military＂ Project,the drawbacks of the existing process was solved.Results After improving the process,the problems,such as the high error rate,irregular prescription,long waiting time,were conquered.Conclusion Through running the new process,the hospital realizes the standardized management of the process of patients discharged from hospital with drugs,ensures the accuracy of medicines and medicines＇ charging,and makes the process more smoothly.
