做好援外医疗卫生装备保障工作的体会

Experience of Medical Equipment Management and Service in Foreign Aid

研究分析了非战争军事行动,特别是援外人道主义医疗救助的特点和要求,提出由于援外人道主义医疗救助情况紧急、环境特殊,对卫生装备的管理、维修及保养有极高的要求。总结了在突发自然灾害、紧急援外条件下,卫生装备维护工程人员的配备、卫生装备运输安全、设备工作场所的布局以及卫生装备的日常维护保养等方面的成功经验,针对工作中遇到的各种问题,给出了切实可行的对策。

The features and need of the non-war operation,especially the humanitarian medical care aid,are analyzed.Because of the specialty and emergency of foreign aid medical environment,the management and maintenance of the medical equipment has a higher standard.Under the circumstance of sudden disaster and emergency aid,according to the successful experience,such as the maintenance personnel allocation,equipment transportation safety,workplace layout and equipment daily maintenance,practical countermeasures are given to deal with the different problems.
