摘要
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,市场竞争日益国际化,市场需求也趋于多样化,用户化。以泰罗制、福特制为标志的传统企业模式已很难适应新的市场环境。21 世纪呼唤一种新的企业模式——虚拟企业的出现。本文给出了虚拟企业的概念,分析了虚拟企业的基本特征,并将其同传统企业模式进行对照,列出了虚拟企业现阶段的主要经营形式,最后分析了虚拟企业发展的基本要素——先进的技术和科学的管理。
With the rapid development of economy and society,competition between corporations becomes international and unprecedented intense The complex markets of the twenty-first centuty will demand the ability to deliver a high variety of customized products quickly and globally It is obvious that the traditional business model which is an extension of the concepts of Frederic Winslow Taylor,inventor of scientific management,and Henry Ford,perfecter of the mass production,can no longer adapt itself to the new market environment Therefore the twenty first century will witness the arrival of a new business model——the virtual corporation The paper is a portrait of the emerging virtual corporation——what it is,why it is different from the traditional one and what's the difference and its main operating forms And there is a short discussion on the fundamental elements of developing the virtual corporation
