摘要 介绍一种使用宽域氧传感器进行发动机失火检测的方法,在发动机各工况下对该方法的有效性进行了实验研究,并研究了失火对排放的影响。实验结果表明:失火对发动机排放的影响显著,利用宽域氧传感器信号可以有效地检测发动机失火,该检测方法在发动机的高速区存在优势。虽然失火循环排出的气体到达宽域氧传感器有一定的延迟,但不会影响失火检测的结果。 In this study,a new concept of misfire detection in spark ignition engine using a wide-range oxygen sensor is introduced,and the validity of this method is studied in different engine working conditions.The effects of misfire on emissions are also studied.The results showed that a misfire could be diagnosed more clearly from normal combustion through the differentiation of the wide-range oxygen sensor signal,this method was even more useful for high speed zone.Although exhaust gas had a little delay from the moment of misfire to reaching wide-range oxygen sensor,this didn't affect the result of misfire detection.
