增压式高压共轨系统性能研究

摘要 提出了增压式高压共轨系统的概念,阐明了增压式高压共轨系统的结构组成和工作原理。详尽探论了系统主要部件的物理抽象、软件建模及重要参数设置的过程,最后建立了系统仿真模型。对系统的喷射特性进行了仿真研究,结果证实增压式高压共轨系统能够通过调整基压喷射与高压喷射的时间间隔,实现多级喷射压力控制以及更加灵活的喷油率。仿真结果得到了相关试验的验证。 The concept of pressure-intensified high-pressure common rail injection system(PIHPCRIS) was given.The configuration and working principle of PIHPCRIS were introduced.The main parts of PIHPCRIS's model building and the setup of the important parameter have been discussed.Then a program was built up to study the spray characteristics of PIHPCRIS.The results showed that PIHPCRIS could realize multilevel spray pressure control and more multiform fuel injection rate shaping flexibly,based on pressure adjusted and transition between base pressure and high pressure.The results were tested by experiment.
