摘要
对某客车的排气消声器建立了物理模型和数学模型,利用大型商用CFD软件Fluent进行内部流场仿真,分析了此消声器的压力场、速度场和温度场,得到其速度-压力损失曲线,分析了流场对消声性能的影响。流场数值模拟为研究消声器空气动力性能提供了便利,并对消声器的设计改进起到一定的指导作用。
By building the physical and mathematical models of the muffler of a bus,the simulation of the internal flow field is processed with the commercial CFD software Fluent.The pressure,velocity and temperature fields are analyzed while the velocity-pressure lose curve is gained.By analysis of the effects of the flow field on the acoustic performance,the simulation provides help to the study of muffler and its design.
