摘要
发动机噪声源的识别是噪声控制领域的一项关键技术,传统的识别方法多是用来识别发动机的主要辐射噪声部件,但不能识别辐射噪声的类型。采用实验研究的方法成功地分离了柴油机的燃烧噪声与机械噪声并识别出了柴油机在不同的运行工况下燃烧噪声与机械噪声对整机噪声声功率的贡献度。研究结果表明,在高辐射噪声运行工况时,机械噪声是发动机噪声的主要成份,因此,针对柴油机的噪声控制首先要控制柴油机的机械噪声。
The identification of engine noise is a key technique that presents on controlling all kinds of noise with different ways.Traditionally,many identifying methods are used to diagnose the main radiated noise sources of the engine without considering the category of noise.This paper presents a method that could separate the combustion and mechanical noise from the diesel engine noises and identify their contribution to the engine sound in different running speed and load.The results show that in the case of high radiated noise,the mechanical noise is the main component of the engine noises.In the process of designing low noise diesel engine,the mechanical noise should be given top priority.
