摘要
针对某大型综合性医院近年来医疗纠纷的个案进行原因分析,发现该院儿科医疗纠纷产生的主要原因有沟通不足、审慎不够、管理不严等,并提出加强医患沟通、强化医疗环节质量管理、提高医院医疗纠纷的处理能力等建议。
This paper analyzes the medical disputes in pediatric department in a large general hospital in recent years, and comes up with possible causes including lack of communication between doctors and patients, insufficient carefulness during treating process, and poor medical management, and so on. It is proposed to enhance doctor - patient communication, strengthen the quality control of medical links, and improve hospital's ability of disputes mediation.
