In the medical work, especially in the communication between physicians and patients, thinking in a manner of exchanging positions, including considering patients＇suffering, economic capability, social position and the choice of medical treatment will be helpful to realize the ethical principle of primacy of patients＇welfare and also can make physician -patient communication a warm case.
