广西农村党员联系和服务群众工作体系创新研究

A Research of the Innovation of the Work System for the Party Members to Contact and Serve the People in Rural Areas of Guangxi

近年来,广西区党委把农村党员联系和服务群众工作作为加强党的执政能力和先进性建设的重点来抓,通过提升素质能力,搭建服务平台,丰富活动载体,建立工作机制,有力构建了农村党员联系和服务群众工作体系,密切了党群关系,为促进社会主义新农村建设和广西经济社会又好又快发展提供了强有力的组织保证。但在工作中还存在着一些问题,需要从增强主体意识、坚持创新载体、提升党员素质、建立长效机制等方面加以改进,以便更好地为广西农村的改革、发展、稳定提供坚强保障。

In recent years,Guangxi Autonomous Committee of the CPC regards the work that the Party members contact and serve the people in rural areas as the key task to strengthen the Party＇s governing capacity and its progressiveness,by improving the quality and ability,building a service platform,enriching mobile carrier and establishing a working mechanism,the work system for the Party members to contact and serve the people in rural areas is effectively built,which makes closer relationship between the Party and the masses and promotes the construction of new socialist rural areas and the sound and rapid economic development in Guangxi.However,in the work there are some problems,which should be improved from the following aspects：enhancing the consciousness,adhering to the innovation,promoting the quality of the Party members and building a long-term mechanism so as to provide the strong protection for the better reform,the development and stability of rural areas in Guangxi.
