摘要
以某LNG公司建设的LNG接收站为依托背景,对该地区建设一条6 km长管道的运行参数进行了计算。利用有限容积法对管道截面的温度场分布进行了数值计算,得出了保冷层厚度为95 mm时的外表面温度。通过保冷层厚度和外管道直径的选取,计算出输送到终点的压降和温升,验证了LNG在"过冷"状态下输送的可行性。
Taking LNG terminal construction of a LNG company as background, operation parameters of a 6 km pipeline were calculated. Numerical calculation of the temperature field distribution of pipeline cross-section was carried out by the finite volume method ,and the outward surface temperature was gained when the insulation thickness was 95 mm. After selection of the insulation thickness and outer pipe diameter, the pressure drop and temperature rise at the terminal was calculated, the feasibility of "supercooling" state transportation was verified in the LNG transportation.
