随着欧美各国对药品中残留溶剂控制要求的提高,维生素B12在欧洲申请市场准入时需提交氯苯检测结果。实验参照"EP6.0版中2.4.24残留溶剂的鉴别和控制"内容而制定,专门用于维生素B12中氯苯含量的检测。

With improvement of the limit standard of the residual solvents in drugs in European and American, the result of chlorobenzene content in Vitamin B12 product should be submitted when applying for the European market permit. This method is specially designed for detection of chlorobenzene content in Vitamin BI2 referring to the monograph of identification and control of residual solvents in EP 6.0 section 2.4.24.
