郑州市乡镇卫生院卫生资源利用情况分析

Analysis on health resource utnilization of township clinics in Zhengzhou

[目的]分析2008年郑州乡镇卫生院卫生资源利用情况,提出有效利用郑州市乡镇卫生院资源的建议。[方法]搜集、整理相关卫生统计数据,进行描述性统计分析。[结果]郑州市大多数乡镇卫生院的工作效率和工作负荷偏低,临床医生的工作量不足;床位和医疗服务利用率低;设备环境较差;业务收入仍以药品收入为主。[结论]改变乡村卫生机构间的业务竞争关系;优化乡镇卫生院的资源配置;加强乡镇卫生院的内部管理。

Objective： Analyze health resource utnilization of township clinics in Zhengzhou in 2008.To put forward suggestion of taking full advantage of township clinic resource .Methods： Taking descriptive statistics analysis through collecting and settling health statistic data. Results： 1）.The work efficiency and load is low in majority of township clinics in Zhengzhou.2）.Short clinician＇s working.3）.Low use ratio of beds and medical services.4）. Poor equipment circumstances. 5）Main income is from drugs. Conclusions： To change the business competition relationship in these rural health structures; to optimize the resource allocation ; to strengthen the internal management.
