摘要
[目的]通过调查分析山西省妇幼保健机构科研现状,为妇幼保健机构的科研管理提供科学依据。[方法]利用统一调查表调查山西省1个省级、11个市级、119个县级妇幼保健机构的科研人员、科研经费、科研成果情况,并进行统计分析。[结果]山西省妇幼保健机构科研人员学历结构偏低、职称结构不合理,科研经费投入不均衡,科研成果数量少、层次较低,三级机构之间有较大差距。[结论]利用三级妇幼保健体系,培养高素质人才队伍,多渠道筹集科研经费,拓宽课题申请途径,促进高水平科研成果的产出,提高妇幼保健机构的整体科研水平。
Objective: To provide the reference for science research management through studying scientific research situations of maternity and child health care institutions in Shanxi Province. Methods: To statistic and analyze the situation of hygienic personnels, research funds, research achievements which using the uniform questionnaire, in 1 provincial level, ll municipals level, ll9 counties level maternity and child health care institutions of Shanxi. Results: The education backgrotmd is low, and unreasonable professional title structure of the hygienic personnels. The research funds input are disequilibrium in these three levels structure. Both quantities and qualities of the research achievements are low. Overall, there is great gap in three levels. Conclusions: Cultivate high-quality talents, multiple channel collect research funds, widen research projects application way. So high level research achievements might be outputted and the integral research level of maternity and child health care institutions might be improved.
