摘要
在培训领域,学习者分析作为培训前期工作的重要组成部分,是保证培训质量的重要环节,但在实践中往往被忽视,缺乏实证研究。文章采用访谈和问卷调查的方法,以聊城市中小学教师教育技术能力培训者培训中学习者分析为例,分析受训教师的起点能力、学习动机和态度,并进行总结和反思,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
In training field,learner analysis as an important part of training prophase work is also the important link of the training quality guarantee.But in practice it is often neglected,and lack of empirical research.This paper adopts interview and questionnaire,using the method of liaocheng city primary and secondary school teachers education technical ability training of trainers learners analysis as an example,analyzes the trainee teachers' starting capability,learning motivation and attitudes,and summarized and reflection,in order to provide reference for further research.
