摘要
信息技术能力培训有助于提高广大农村中小学教师的信息技术能力,继而推进"农远工程"的良性发展。研究表明过程分析评估法在分析教师运用信息技术的意识与能力、评估培训效果等方面具有一定的优势。
Information technology capabilities training helps improve rural primary and secondary school teachers' IT capability,in turn promoting the healthy development of "Countryside Distance Education Engineering".Therefore,the effect of training is essential.Studies show that the process analysis evaluation method has certain advantages in analyzing consciousness and capalility of applying information technology,as well as evaluating training effect.
