经岩下窦介入栓塞海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘三例临床体会

摘要
海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘（CDA VFs）为硬脑膜动静脉瘘（DAVFs）的特殊类型。多见于成人,其病情复杂,早期诊断困难,误诊率高。与外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘极为相似,但治疗方法完全不同且难度很大。
