摘要 利用再生D314大孔弱碱性丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂分离铼和钼,并研究了钼和铼的吸附和洗脱条件。结果表明,在pH值为4.0~7.0的溶液中,D314可同时吸附铼和钼;先采用8%NH3.H2O+10%NH4NO3淋洗液解吸钼,再用4%NH3.H2O淋洗液解吸铼,可实现铼和钼的分离。本法用于钼烟灰中的钼铼分离,所回收的钼可制备出纯度为98.78%的十二钼酸铵产品;同时钼烟灰中的痕量铼被富集近1 000倍,为其后续浓缩提取提供了有利条件。 Experiments on the separation of rhenium from molybdenum were carried out with a macroporous alkalescence acrylic anion exchange regenerative resin(D314).The absorption and desorption conditions of rhenium and molybdenum were studied.The results show that rhenium and molybdenum can be adsorbed together in the solution of pH4.0~7.0.Rhenium can be separated from molybdenum by first using the eluent of 8% NH3·H2O+10% NH4NO3 to desorb molybdenum and then using 4% NH3·H2O to desorb rhenium.The above process is applied in rhenium separation from molybdenum of molybdenum ash,the obtained molybdenum can be used for preparing ammonium dodecamolybdate with a purity of 98.78%,and the trace rhenium is enriched by nearly 1 000 times,which provides favorable conditions for the downstream concentration extraction process.
