摘要
介绍了LaFe基室温磁致冷材料在磁热效应和制备方面的研究进展。指出具有NaZn13型结构且Fe含量高的LaFe基化合物是良好的软磁材料,其居里温度可通过Co取代Fe或添加非金属元素H、C、B等来提高;采用甩带和添加其他稀土元素取代La可缩短材料获得NaZn13型结构的退火时间。通过调整LaFe基化合物的元素配比,将有可能制备出具有巨磁热效应的室温磁致冷材料。
The latest development of LaFe-based room temperature magnetic refrigerant materials is introduced in respect of their magnetocaloric effects and preparation technologies.It is indicated that NaZn13-tpye LaFe-based compound with high Fe content is an excellent soft magnetic material,and its Curie temperature can be improved by substituting Co for Fe and adding some nonmetal elements such as H,C and B.When LaFe-based compound is prepared by melt spinning and adding other lanthanon to replace La,its annealed time can be shortened to form NaZn13structure.The LaFe-based compound with an appropriate element ratio may be a room temperature magnetic refrigerant material with giant magnetocaloric effect.
