摘要
运用程序分析法对镀锌钢板生产流程进行了分析,删除了多余工序,调整了工艺;并结合布置和经路分析重新布置了加工设备,使加工路线缩短,生产周期减少23%,提高了生产率。
The process of an existing galvanized steel sheet production in a company is analyzed by using procedure analysis.With this analysis,redundant activities are removed and the production process is redesigned.Then,layout is improved such that the processing route is shortened.In this way,the cycle time is reduced by 23% and the production rate is increased.
