摘要
为了探讨在新疆特定的生态条件下新大豆一号鼓粒后期灌浆积累情况,为新疆大豆育种及栽培提供依据,本文于新大豆一号鼓粒后期,每隔1周取相同部位、相同粒数的荚20个,分别称取豆荚、豆粒以及荚皮的鲜重,将其放入烘箱120℃杀青30 min,于80℃烘干至恒重,记录豆荚、荚皮以及豆粒的烘干重。结果表明,豆粒鲜重总体呈现先增后减趋势,水分减少是此时豆粒鲜重减少的主要原因。豆粒干物质积累呈现增加到一定程度再递减的趋势。
To investigate accumulation of the Xindadou No.1 under the specific ecological conditions in Xinjiang and provide the basis for soybean breeding and cultivation,20 pods with the same amount of beans from the same parts were selected to weigh the fresh weight of the pods,beans and skin of the pods,then the pods were put in the oven at 120 ℃ for 30 min and at 80 ℃ up to the constant weight to obtain the dry weight of the pods,beans and skin of the pods.The results showed that the fresh weight of beans first increased,then decreased,mainly because of water reduction.The dry matter of beans also presented the trend of first increasing,then decreasing.
