四川土地可持续利用评价指标体系与实证研究

Sustainable Land Use Study and Empirical Evaluation of Sichuan Province

本研究利用Delphi法、AHP法、线性比例变换法、综合指数法等方法,建立了四川省土地可持续利用评价指标体系,并对其科学性进行了实证研究。结果表明,构建的四川省土地可持续利用评价指标体系,能较好地反映四川土地利用的可持续状态,四川土地利用处于弱可持续利用状态,并有向可持续利用状态演变的趋势。四川土地利用与保护水平有待进一步提高,应进一步加大对耕地资源的保护力度,协调好耕地保护与经济发展的关系。

By Delphi method,AHP,linear scaling method,composite index and other methods,the evaluation index system of Sichuan Province was established and its scientificity was empirically studied.The result showed the construction of evaluation index system of sustainable land use could provide a great help to reflectting the state of sustainable land use in Sichuan.Now the sustainable land use of Sichuan province was weak,but it showed a tendency to use land sustainably.The protection level of cultivated land resources should be strengthened and the relationship of cultivated land protection and economic development could be corresponded in order to improve the land use and protection of Sichuan province.
