利用印度家蚕品种2041和2042改良现行家蚕品种山河×锦绣性状的研究

Study on Improving Character of Shanhe×Jinxiu by Indian Silkworm Variety 2041 and 2042

鉴于引进家蚕品种山河×锦绣多年推广使用后,出现退化,特别是品种抗性下降明显,已经严重影响其在生产上的应用,需要对其进行复壮。本研究以家蚕数量性状遗传规律为理论依据,采用杂交导入的方法,利用抗性强的印度家蚕品种2041和2042改良现行家蚕品种山河×锦绣的性状,以期达到在保持山河×锦绣的优良性状的同时提高其抗性的目的。试验结果表明,通过改良后获得的改良系(山河B改×山河A)×锦绣,在品种改良的各个阶段品种性状都有不同程度的改进,综合成绩表现符合试验设计目标。

Herein the silkworm variety Shanhe×Jinxiu was introduced into our institute for several years and its characters degenerated gradually,especially the power of resistance,which has influenced the popularization of the variety seriously.We utilized the high-resistance Indian varieties 2041 and 2042 to improve the characters of Shanhe×Jinxiu on basis of the inheritance of quantitative traits.The results indicated that it was necessary to keep both the good traits and their resistance,and the improved Shanhe×Jinxiu,named（ShanheBgai×ShanheA）×Jinxiu has improved in varying degrees in every stage.
