摘要
由于大直径钻孔灌注桩桩孔截面、排渣量、钢筋笼规格及单桩混凝土量明显大于一般钻孔灌注桩,致使桩身稳定性较差,施工工艺及质量控制难度较大。在110kV齐心至陈桥输电线路工程D34-19转角分支塔杆基础覫3400钻孔灌注桩施工中,选用适宜的钻孔机具并采取保护孔壁、控制孔底沉渣厚度、水下混凝土灌注等措施,保证了顺利成桩。
Due to the fact that large-diameter bored filling pile has obviously greater pile hole, dregs quantity, specification of reinforced cage and concrete quantity for single pile than ordinary bored filling pile, so the pile body has low stability, its construction and quality control are difficult. During the construction of D34-19 turning branch tower pole foundation bored filling pile with 3400mm pile diameter in the 110kV Qixin-Chenqiao electric transmission line engineering, appropriate drilling machine is used and measures for protection of hole wall, control of bottom hole dregs thickness and underwater concrete pouring are adopted to guarantee successful formation of pile.
