摘要 从直接炼铅的原理出发,分析了旋涡柱连续炼铅工艺原型的设计思路,并探讨了旋涡柱炼铅工艺在炉型结构和过程控制等方面应关注的主要问题,同时对该项新技术的可行性和可靠性进行了初步评估。 Engineering design concept of the prototype of continuous lead smelting process via swirling column is analyzed,major issues in furnace structure and control process of the process are discussed and feasibility and reliability of this new technology are preliminarily evaluated starting from the principle of direct lead smelting.
