试分析紫金山微生物湿法提铜工艺的完善 被引量:3

摘要 根据紫金山金铜矿湿法厂微生物湿法提铜工业试验和投产至今的生产实践,阐明紫金山湿法提铜工艺浸出-萃取溶液系统缺少维持酸、铁、水平衡的必要工序,提出了理想的紫金山湿法原则工艺,并归纳出紫金山微生物湿法提铜工艺完善的措施主要有:按规范封堆;增设堆浸-萃取溶液开路回收铜,中和除硫酸、铁,合格后外排工序;合理的溶池储量和符合规范建设的溶池;合格的清污分流设施;在堆浸-萃取溶液系统pH值达到不低于1.2后强力推进选择性浸出新工艺;合理的与诸工序相匹配的生产能力。 This thesis illuminates there is not enough processing step for maintaining balance of acid,iron and solution in leaching-extraction system of BioCOPTM at Zijin Mountain by carefully analyzing the operation practice of the commercial test and industrial production.The ideal hydrometallurgical process at Zijin Mountain is put forward.The optimized process shall include: termination of stacking according to specification;recovery of copper from open circuit of heap leaching-solvent extraction,desulphurization and deferrization by neutralization and drainage of qualified solution;reasonable solution pond storage capacity and qualified solution pond;effective split-flow of effluent and water;selective heap leaching is recommended when the PH of leaching-extraction solution is higher than 1.2;suitable production capacity matching with every processing step.
