摘要
针对焦炭含水量和含粉率高对高炉生产和后续工序带来的不利影响,利用热风炉废气对焦仓内焦炭进行烘干,焦炭水分平均下降0.2%~4%,且可明显去除焦末,达到了改善高炉顺行的目的。
Because of high water content and high power quantity in the coke,it brought adverse effect to blast furnace production and subsequent processes.Utilizing waste gas from hot-blast stove dry the coke in coke bin.Then coke moisture decreased between 0.2% and 4% averagely and the coke power was removed markedly,achieving the aim of improving blast furnace smooth.
