摘要
利用原有液压平衡缸备件,将弹性阻尼体封入,根据缸套尺寸设计弹性阻尼体平衡装置。结合轧机结构受力分析,通过建立力矩方程,计算出弹性阻尼体内储存最小内能及平衡装置行程等参数,该装置精度高、结构紧凑、承载力大,解决了液压平衡泄漏事故多、影响生产等难题。
The present study was intended to design an elastic absorber balance device based on cylinder sleeve's size,which utilized the spare part of intrinsic hydraulic pressure balance cylinder to seal the elastic absorber into it.It was combined with force analysis of the rolling mill,through creating moment equation,to count the minimum internal energy inside the elastic absorber and the parameters of the balance device's stroke.This device with high precision,compact structure and large loading solved many hard problems such as leakage accident of the hydraulic pressure balance and its effects to the production.
