摘要
材料选用某钢厂高炉无水炮泥,通过模拟铁口试验装置,对此种无水炮泥在多梯度温度状态下焙烧后的强度及微观组织结构进行了分析,结果表明,试样在200℃×2h烘干后的耐压强度及抗折强度最大,800℃×2h煅烧后的耐压强度及抗折强度最小,在1100℃×2h煅烧后的显气孔率相比800℃×2h煅烧后的显气孔率明显较低;试样在1400℃时微观组织结构密实均匀稳定。
By the tester simulating tapping hole,this article analyzed the strength and microstructure of the anhydrous taphole clay from a steel plant after roasting in the multi-temperature.The results showed that the samples roasted at 200 ℃×2 h have the maximum compression strength and bending strength and they have the minimum compression strength and bending strength after roasting at 800 ℃×2 h.The apparent porosity of the sample roasted at 1 100 ℃×2 h is lower clearly than that of the sample roasted at 800 ℃×2 h.The microstructure of the sample roasted at 1 400 ℃ is dense,uniform and stationary.
