摘要
通过运用Modubs串口协议、Proufbs现场总线及TCP/IP以太网络等形式,将现场仪表、可编程控制器、变频控制器、上位监控计算机等有机地融为一体,对两段式冷净煤气站所属配套电气控制系统进行改进,实现了通过屏幕即可对站内所属煤气发生炉进行远程控制操作、信号数据检测、参数设置修改、历史资料查询等多种功能。
Through Modubs serial port protocol,Proufbs field bus and TCP/IP Ethernet network,integrating field instruments,programmable controllers,frequency controllers and upper monitoring computers,the electrical control system of two stage cool and clean coal gas station was improved.Therefore,it realized many functions such as remote controlling and operating for gas producers that were affiliated with the station,signal data detecting,parameter setting and modifying and historical data searching,through screen.
