摘要
某矿山推行六西格玛管理,由最初的聘请咨询公司人员授课到逐步培养自己的人才,在质量改进方面取得了成效,但存在未设立专职推进人员,项目选择与关注流程结合不紧密等问题,提出了应结合企业自身实际,在培养六西格玛人才的同时注重全员参与,实现六西格玛管理文化与本土文化的融合。
A mine carried out Six Sigma,it gradually developed their own human talents instead of hiring personnel from consulting firm to instruct.The mine acquired remarkable results in the quality improvement.However,there is no establishment of full-time promoting staff in the implementation process.Project selection and concern process doesn't combine close.In response to these issues,the author proposed that should combine enterprise's own reality in the six sigma implementation process and pay attention to involvement of people when developing six sigma talents.Only in this can we achieve the integration of six sigma's management culture and local culture.
