有机载体对钡铁氧体厚膜微结构的影响研究 被引量:2

Influence of organic vehicles on microstructure of thick barium hexaferrite films

摘要 本文采用丝网印刷方法来制备钡铁氧体厚膜,研究了钡铁氧体浆料的成分对钡铁氧体厚膜表面形貌的影响,并讨论了排胶时间对其表面形貌的影响。研究结果表明,采用松油醇和柠檬酸三丁酯构成的混合溶剂可以有效改善钡铁氧体浆料的挥发特性,进而降低钡铁氧体厚膜的气孔率,提高厚膜的饱和磁化强度。通过降低有机载体的比例,可以提高钡铁氧体厚膜的致密度和剩磁比而矫顽力降低。排胶时间对于使用混合溶剂的钡铁氧体厚膜的表面形貌影响较小,这是由于混合溶剂具有平稳的挥发特性所致。 In this paper,BaFe12O19 hexaferrite thick films were prepared by screen printing method.The influences of composition of the ferrite paste and the dying time on the morphology of barium ferrite thick films were studied.The results show that the solvent mixture consisting of terpineol and tributyl citrate can adjust the volatilization characteristic of the paste so that to reduce the porosity and improve saturated magnetization of the barium ferrite thick films.With the decrease of the content of organic vehicle,the density of the thick film increases,while the remanence ratio increases and coercivity decreases.The dying time has little effects on the morphology of barium ferrite thick films because the solvent mixture has smooth volatilization process.
