摘要
以乙醇/异丙醇为分散介质、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK-30)为稳定剂、乳酸为共稳定剂及过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用分散聚合的方法,成功制得单分散微米级聚苯乙烯微球,微球粒径均一且粒径范围为2.22-4.15um。研究了乙醇/异丙醇比例、PVPK-30、乳酸、BPO及单体浓度对聚苯乙烯微球粒径及粒径分布的影响,并确定了各组分制备均匀聚苯乙烯微球的条件,并经DSC分析,聚苯乙烯微球的玻璃化转变温度为99℃。
Monodisperse micrometer-size polystyrene microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization with ethanol/isopropyl alcohol as the dispersion medium,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPK-30) as the stabilizer,lactic acid as the co-stabilizer and dibenzoyl perxide as the initiator.The size of polystyrene mircospheres is uniform and the size range is from 2.22um-4.15um.Effect of the ethanol/isopropyl alcohol ratio,PVPK-30,lactic acid,BPO and monomer concentration on particle size and size distribution was studied and the reaction conditions of them were obtained for preparing uniform polystyrene microspheres.And by DSC analysis,the glass transition temperature of polystyrene microspheres is 99 ℃.
